🏡 Welcome to the Virginia Pages Network
Where Conversations Turn Into Community Action
Why We’re Here
We created the Virginia Pages Network as a place for everyone in the community to stay connected, informed, and involved.
Too often, important updates get lost in the noise of social media—or don’t get shared at all. We wanted to change that.
This is a dedicated space for:
-
Local news and updates
-
Community-wide conversations
-
Projects and ideas that bring people together
-
Highlighting what’s already working in Virginia

Not Just Another Social Network
This isn’t about scrolling and liking.
It’s about showing up and participating.
In our private community network, you’ll find:
-
🗣️ Discussions that go somewhere
-
🛠️ Tools for organising events and projects
-
🧾 Directories and spaces for groups, businesses, and services
-
💡 People who want to share and collaborate

What This Could Mean for Virginia
When conversations flow, things happen.
✅ Litter issues get tackled
✅ Great ideas find support
✅ Local stories are shared and celebrated
✅ Everyone has a voice
You don’t have to be an expert. You just have to care.
Why Not A Facebook Group?
Social Media Connects You to Advertisers.
We Connect You to Each Other.
Remember: Facebook isn’t free, you pay with your time, attention, and data. Big tech uses your content to sell ads and drive profits. They’ve paid massive fines in Ireland for how they handle our privacy.
This network is different. No ads. No outside noise. Just a focused spacefor our town and surrounding areas.
We’re asking for a small membership (€10/month) after your free trial — because that’s what lets us keep this space clean, safe, and community-based. There are Free plans for over 65s and people who genuinely can’t afford to pay, this is on an honour basis.

By joining Virginia Pages Network, you’re not just entering an online platform; you’re stepping into a world of opportunities designed to elevate your community and enrich your personal journey.
Because a connected community listens to everyone.
And change starts when we start talking.
