This Time, I Have the Tools
A few years ago, I reached a point where I felt I was pushing a boulder uphill. I had the passion, the ideas, and the vision for a stronger, more connected community but I didn’t yet have the structure or support to build something that could last.
So I paused.
Instead of giving up, I did something that felt right, I went away and studied. I researched what makes communities thrive, how people connect meaningfully online, and how the right systems can help voices rise and ideas grow. I immersed myself in learning how to build something sustainable, something that doesn’t rely on one person to keep it going.
And now? I’m back, not just with hope, but with tools.
The Virginia Pages Network is more than just a website or group, it’s a framework built on solid foundations. It’s designed to grow and evolve with the community. It allows everyone to join in, be heard, and take part at a time that suits them.
This isn’t just a second try. This is a new chapter with experience, intention, and the right structure behind it.
We’re not starting from scratch, we’re starting from experience. And this time, we’re building something that will last.
